"My husband and I ordered a half cow this past fall after tasting their meat at Caboose over in Ashland. Omg this is honestly some of the best meat ever. I love cooking with it! Even their chuck roast is better than a grocery store sirloin steak. Very impressed and will order again when we are out. Additionally the butcher did a nice job with all the cuts!"
