"I didn't used to drink milk but now I make time to actually meal plan with it! I skim the cream for tea & coffee, whipped cream, & butter. Leftover buttermilk & sour milk (clabber) goes into pancakes for breakfast sandwiches. The remaining milk is used for mozzarella, yogurt, soups, & sausage gravy. Even the whey from yogurt & farmers cheese gets used for ricotta & whey caramel. I'm getting so much use out of a gallon of raw milk that a store bought jug of milk doesn't even come CLOSE!"
