"The Bulk beef and Housemade beef sausages have been consistently outstanding. The animals are treated to the best life in spacious fields to graze and do cow stuff. The utmost humane treatment at harvest time is implemented. This sound stewardship results in a great product. The animals are peaceful, not stressed, your palate will speak to this at first taste. The Housemade Sausages have been a family fav of ours. Amie has done much research for her recipes, and they do not disappoint. Beef Chorizo, Spicy Italian Beef and the North African Lamb Sausage was a major thumbs up from my family. I would reccomend this farm and its products to whomever is interested in a food source that embraces the high standards I have experienced for the last 3.5 years."
