"I have been very pleased with the meat I've purchased here! I bought a 1/4 share of beef and been cooking it on the grill for a few weekends thus far. For those of you who haven't tried grass fed beef before, I will tell you that it cooks faster than supermarket meat because it's leaner and it's also darker than supermarket meat as well. Almost a burgundy color, so for those of you who eat meat rare like myself, don't worry, it might look extremely rare, but again the meat is noticeably darker. The taste of the meat is a bit bolder as well, which I prefer to supermarket meat. Tastes amazing! Could not be happier.!! Last but not least, Ben and his family were extremely knowledgeable and kind, willing to answer any questions I had."
