"Came for a tour and tasting. It was super education, informative and interesting. Quite a long time getting to know all the details of oyster raising. Very fascinating. Then we did a wine & oyster tasting. The wine cups were about the same volume that I would get when they served little cuplets at mass, but the oysters tasted great! Pro tip is to just join the hordes in the line at the food truck and get a bottle. Or maybe bring your own if they allow it (not sure). Great time and great starter to Oyster raising."
