"The Woodall's pick-your-own operation is a Craig County treasure. Very welcoming, plenty of parking, and good signage. They provide different sized pails for you to collect your blueberries (bring a cooler or the like for taking them home). Lew and Shirley do a wonderful job of managing their blueberry bushes-- tidy rows, healthy bushes, & well-mowed surrounds. The berries are delicious and bear heavily. Be sure to check the website for the patch opening day and any days they might be closed to allow for ripening. And plan ahead for how you will use or preserve all of your berries -- I always clear extra freezer space before I make a visit 😉"
